How we'll keep ourselves honest

We're a handful of people who just started, with ₹0 raised. So instead of asking you to trust us, here's the short, honest version: the promises that already bind the founder, the things you can check yourself, what we will never do, and how to call us out. We've even reversed one of our own rules in public, old version left on the record. The full constitution comes later, with our first members.
Three promises that bind the founder
Be honest about today: with only a handful of members, the founder still holds most of the practical power. That's why these are written down now, when breaking them would be easiest and most rewarding, not later.
The founder's vote counts as one, equal to every member. Not the deciding vote, one.
If the party ever dissolves, the founder gets not one rupee. It all goes to public-interest non-profits, and this promise itself can never be amended.Can never be amended
The rules change only by a two-thirds member vote. No office bearer, the founder included, can change them alone.

What we will never do
- Target any citizen on the basis of religion / caste / language / gender.
- Offer money, gifts, or handouts in exchange for votes.
- Share member data with any other politician. Ever.
- Take anonymous or foreign funding. Corporate donations are fine, but every donor stays public.
- Use membership or a position for personal business or job favours.
- Pretend we can 'void' a defector's seat (only the Speaker can), but we will expel them and publish every rupee we spent backing them.

Saw something wrong about a member, a volunteer, or the founder himself? File it directly: give your name or stay anonymous, no login. We don't retaliate against anyone who reports in good faith, and we aim to respond within 14 days. The member-elected ethics committee comes as we grow.
And if the complaint is about the founder?
A complaint about the founder does not land on the founder's desk. It goes to an independent outside person.
We change our mind in public
Most parties bury their U-turns. Here's our first, on the record: we dropped the ₹50,000 funding cap, in exchange for a hard rule that every donor (companies included) stays public. Why? A cap pushes big money underground; the real check should be on hiding, not on the amount. Bigger decisions will be logged the same way, and the first uncomfortable one (a mistake, a fight we lost) too, the day it happens.

Anyone (a person or a company) can give with no cap, but every donor's name, amount, city, and date sits on the public ledger.
