Funding rules changed: the cap removed, full disclosure in return
Most parties bury their U-turns. Here is our first, on the record: we dropped the planned donation cap, in exchange for a hard rule that every donor, companies included, stays public on the ledger. Why? A cap pushes big money underground; the real check should be on hiding, not on the amount. Sunlight, not a lock. The old capped version stays on the record, so you can watch us change our mind yourself.
