Using this website: 7 plain rules.

Most websites have 30-paragraph terms nobody reads. We won't do that. Below are 7 rules: short, plain, understandable.

This is the official Bharat Banao Abhiyan website
No public election (ECI) takes place on this site, only the party's internal decisions and public information.
2.
By giving us your data you agree it goes on the public ledger
Name, city, brief, why-joined appears on the public dashboard. Phone, email, address: never public.
3.
Hate speech, lies, or inflammatory content: instant suspension
If a member uses this site to do this in the party's name: instant suspension, an enquiry, expulsion possible.
4.
The code and design will be open source
Once the repo is public, you'll be able to read, fork, and audit the source. Commercial reuse is not allowed without permission.
5.
Donations have separate rules. Read /funding
Anyone (person or company), digital only, no cap, every donor public. By law: no cash above ₹2,000, and the donor's PAN for donations of ₹20,000+. Read first, then donate.
6.
We do not run ads on this site
No corporate ads, no tracking pixels, no remarketing. The party pays for itself.
7.
Changing these terms requires a member vote
Office bearers cannot change this page's rules on their own. Only by the Article VIII process in the Constitution.
