This party's data rules are simple. Name, phone, state, plus optional district/city, gender, age (skip any of these). Never caste or religion. Your data is never shared with politicians. You can request deletion any time.

What we collect

✓State, plus optional district / city / assembly constituency (to place your voice)
✓Optional: gender and age band (for fairer representation; never public, 'prefer not to say' always offered)
✓Optional: email (if you want weekly updates)

What we never collect

✗Religion, caste, language: no identity fields.
✗Aadhaar number: never.
✗Bank / financial details (except for donations, where the law requires the donor's PAN for amounts of ₹20,000 or more).
✗Location tracking: never. (The one exception: when you submit an issue, that photo's GPS stays in the issue's public record. That is data you attach, not us tracking you.)
✗Browser fingerprints, tracking pixels, third-party analytics that identify individuals.

When we share

Never with politicians or parties. With vendors only when they provide essential services (e.g. WhatsApp messaging provider, payment processor) and where that data is contractually confidential. With government / courts when legally compelled. If an entry of yours is under demand we'll inform you first (unless a court has gagged disclosure).

Your rights

✓Right to see all your data: 'My Data' section in the members portal.

✓Right to export your data (machine-readable).
✓Right to file a grievance if any rule is violated.
