Day 1 · saaf baat
Abhi tak ek bhi case 'verified' nahi hua — kyunki pehla case aaya hi nahi. Yeh kamzori nahi, design hai: hum niyam tab likh rahe hain jab humare paas unhe todne ki taakat bhi nahi. 'Pending' ka matlab — protocol taiyaar, case ka intezaar. Ulta nahi.

- Sign-up form sirf naam + phone + ward leta hai. Phone par 6-digit OTP. OTP enter karke account active hota hai. Ward ka basic geo-cross-check hota hai (pincode → ward mapping). Same phone ek hi member ID se bandh sakta hai.

- Automated system. Koi human admin OTP ko bypass nahi kar sakta — code level par lock.
- Audit kaise karein
- Public stats: total signups, OTP success rate, bot attempts blocked, duplicate-phone collisions. Updated weekly. Codebase open-source — verification logic public hai.
- Kya 'fail' ka matlab
- Agar kisi din 1% se zyada signups bot/fake niklen, ya code mein bypass dikhe — public incident report 24 ghante mein.
Volunteer onboarding — 10 verified ka rule

- Active Volunteer banne ke liye 10 unique members onboard karne hote hain. Har onboarding alag-alag phone par OTP-verified. Same parivaar ke 10 phone? Ward-coordinator ko verify karna padega ki har person separate hai (in-person meeting). Referral farming code-level par detect hota hai (same IP / same device burst signups → flagged).

- Automated detection + ward coordinator in-person verification. Coordinator khud member nahi ho sakta jo onboarding kar raha hai (conflict of interest).
- Audit kaise karein
- Har Active Volunteer ke 10 onboardings public dashboard par list — member ID + onboarding date. Naam / phone public nahi. Discrepancy mile to ethics committee ke paas case file ho.
- Kya 'fail' ka matlab
- Agar ek bhi onboarding fake nikli — Volunteer status revoke, 6 mahine ke liye dobara apply nahi kar sakte, public notice.
Issue verification — photo + GPS + gawah

- Naya mudda submit karte time chahiye: 1 photo (GPS metadata ke saath), exact locality, kam se kam 1 witness ka phone (jo OTP-verify karega). Volunteer 7 din ke andar ground par jaayegi — confirm karegi mudda asli hai, ya 'unverified' chip lagayegi.

- Local Active Volunteer (jo coordinator ne assign ki). Witness apne hisse ka OTP-verification khud karta hai — anonymous bhi reh sakta hai.
- Audit kaise karein
- Har issue ka public timeline: submitted → verified → escalated → resolved. Har stage par taarikh + member ID + brief note. /live page par live.
- Kya 'fail' ka matlab
- Agar issue 30 din mein verify nahi hua — auto-escalate to coordinator. 60 din mein nahi hua — auto-escalate to ethics committee.
Candidate dossier — public + cross-checked

- Candidate application form mein: assets (saath bank statement), pending cases (court records ke saath), education (degree copies), prior political affiliations, conflicts of interest, public work history. AI sirf summary banata hai — original documents bhi public hote hain. 7-din public objection window mein koi bhi naagrik verified evidence ke saath challenge kar sakta hai.

Funding — PAN-linked, no cash, 90-din audit

- Sirf digital donations (UPI / NEFT / card). PAN mandatory upar ₹2,000 ke. Cash kabhi nahi. Corporate / foreign / anonymous bilkul nahi. ₹50,000 cap per naagrik per saal — cap se upar auto-refund 48 ghante mein.

- Independent Chartered Accountant (yearly rotate). Funding rules member vote se badalte hain — koi office bearer ek tarafa nahi badal sakta.
- Audit kaise karein
- /funding page par live ledger (anonymized — sirf donor ID + raqam + sheher + taarikh). Har 90 din mein reconciled ledger PDF download ke liye uplabdh.
- Kya 'fail' ka matlab
- Agar ek bhi cash / corporate / foreign donation chhup ke ho gaya — CA ke audit mein detect hoga. Detected hone par: paisa lock, public incident report, ethics committee enquiry.
Naagrik Sabha — minutes, photos, attendance

- Har sabha ke 48 ghante ke andar Naagrik Darpan par: date / sthal, attendance count (member IDs), agenda, raised issues + decisions, kam se kam 2 photos. Audio recording optional — agar koi member maange to upload mandatory.

- Sabha chair ki zimmedari. Coordinator backup.

- Member attendance public — agar tum sabha mein the toh tumhara member ID list mein dikhna chahiye. Mismatch report kar sakte ho.

- Agar minutes 48 ghante mein nahi aaye — uss sabha ko 'unverified' chip. 3 consecutive unverified sabhas — uss unit ka coordinator role re-election ke liye open.
Code aur data — open source, auditable

- Iss website ka poora source code aur backend data schema GitHub par public hai (jab tak yeh page draft hai, repo soon publish hoga). Koi private endpoint nahi. Koi private database field jo member-facing nahi hai.

- Agar koi claim verify nahi ho paaye — claim profile se hata di jaaye, public note ke saath.
